14-Year-Old Innovator Secures Funding for AI-Powered Medtech Startup Neurapex AI

In an inspiring example of young innovation, 14-year-old entrepreneur Jaiwardhan Tyagi from Ghaziabad has captured national attention after successfully pitching his medtech startup, Neurapex AI, on Shark Tank India. His idea impressed investors and earned him ₹60 lakh in funding for 5% equity from Aman Gupta, the co-founder of boAt.

At an age when most teenagers are still exploring their interests, Jaiwardhan has already built multiple AI tools and launched a healthcare startup worth ₹12 crore. His journey is a powerful reminder that innovation has no age limit.

A Young Mind With Big Ideas

Jaiwardhan Tyagi has been experimenting with technology and artificial intelligence from a very young age. Before launching his medtech venture, he had already developed several AI-based tools including an AI camera system, a finance management bot, and an NSFW content blocker designed to create safer online environments.

These projects reflect his curiosity and problem-solving mindset. Instead of building technology only for experimentation, Jaiwardhan focuses on real-world problems that technology can solve.

His biggest innovation so far, however, is Neurapex AI , a healthcare platform designed to assist doctors in diagnosing complex medical conditions.

Neurapex AI: AI for Skin and Neurological Diagnosis

Founded in 2025, Neurapex AI aims to improve the diagnosis of skin and neurological disorders using artificial intelligence. The platform analyses medical images and data to assist doctors in identifying diseases more accurately and quickly.

The startup addresses a major global healthcare challenge. Skin and subcutaneous diseases currently affect around 30% of people worldwide, yet there is a shortage of specialised dermatologists. As a result, many patients rely on general practitioners whose diagnostic accuracy for skin conditions ranges between 24% and 70%.

This gap often leads to misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, and unnecessary medical costs.

Neurapex AI is designed to reduce these challenges by providing AI-assisted diagnostic support, helping doctors detect conditions earlier and improve treatment outcomes.

A Growing Opportunity in AI Healthcare

Jaiwardhan’s innovation comes at a time when the AI skin analysis market is rapidly expanding. The sector was valued at approximately $2.15 billion in 2025 and is projected to exceed $4.3 billion by 2029.

By combining artificial intelligence with healthcare diagnostics, Neurapex AI positions itself in one of the fastest-growing areas of medical technology. The funding from Aman Gupta will help the startup further develop its platform, improve its AI models, and expand its reach within the healthcare ecosystem.

For Jaiwardhan Tyagi, this is just the beginning of a much bigger journey in technology and entrepreneurship.
