Building Asia’s AI Backbone: How Nava Secured $22 Million to Scale

A Strong Funding Signal in Enterprise AI

Enterprise AI startup Nava has raised $22 million in a fresh funding round led by Greenoaks Capital, with participation from RTP Global and Unicorn India Ventures. This investment marks a significant milestone for the company as it strengthens its position in the rapidly growing AI infrastructure space.

Prior to this, Nava had raised $9.6 million in a seed round, showcasing consistent investor confidence in its long-term vision and execution capabilities.

Founders with Deep Industry Experience

Nava was founded in 2024 by a trio of experienced professionals, Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh.

With backgrounds spanning global consulting, cloud infrastructure, and high-growth startups, the founding team brings a unique combination of strategic and technical expertise. Their collective experience is shaping Nava’s ambition to build scalable AI systems tailored for enterprise needs.

From Kluisz to Nava: A Strategic Pivot

Originally launched as Kluisz, the company has now pivoted to Nava, reflecting a sharper focus on AI infrastructure. This transition highlights a broader market trend, enterprises are increasingly looking for robust platforms that can handle complex AI workloads efficiently.

By repositioning itself, Nava is aligning with the rising demand for AI-native infrastructure that goes beyond traditional cloud solutions.

Building a Full-Stack AI Cloud Platform

At the core of Nava’s offering is a developer-first, AI-native private cloud platform designed for enterprises. The platform enables seamless orchestration of AI workloads across multiple environments, including hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign cloud systems.

What sets Nava apart is its ability to automate deployment and execution based on user-defined goals such as performance, compliance, or cost. With built-in features like security, observability, and automation, the platform simplifies the complexities of managing AI infrastructure at scale.

Expanding Across Asia-Pacific

The newly raised capital will be used to build a full-stack AI cloud infrastructure platform focused on the Asia-Pacific region. This includes expanding platform capabilities, enhancing technology, and strengthening the company’s presence in key markets.

As businesses across Asia-Pacific accelerate their digital transformation journeys, the demand for scalable and reliable AI infrastructure is expected to surge—creating a strong growth opportunity for Nava.

Riding the Enterprise AI Wave

Nava’s growth reflects a larger shift in the technology landscape. While AI applications have gained widespread attention, the infrastructure supporting these systems is now becoming equally critical.

Startups like Nava are stepping in to fill this gap by offering solutions that enable enterprises to deploy, manage, and scale AI efficiently. This positions them at the heart of the next wave of enterprise innovation.
