Bengaluru Startup Building the Future of Spatial Internet

Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Ctruh has secured $2.5 million in a fresh seed funding round, strengthening its mission to transform the future of immersive digital experiences through AI, 3D, and XR technologies. With this latest investment, the startup’s total funding has now reached $4.5 million.

The funding round was led by Inflection Point Ventures, while Avinya Ventures joined as co-lead investor. Several other investors also participated in the round, including India Accelerator, Founder’s Avenue, Anthill Ventures, Finvolve, and LVX. Angel investors Vivek Sinha and Shivakumar Ganesan also backed the company.

Creating Immersive Experiences for Businesses

Founded by Vinay Agastya, Ctruh is focused on making immersive digital experiences more scalable, affordable, and accessible for businesses worldwide. The startup is building what it calls the infrastructure layer for the spatial internet ,  the next phase of digital interaction where virtual and real-world experiences merge seamlessly.

At the heart of its technology ecosystem is its proprietary browser-native 3D engine, VersaAI, along with its flagship platform Commverse Studio. These tools allow businesses to create highly immersive experiences directly on the web without requiring heavy applications or expensive hardware setups.

The company serves multiple industries including retail, e-commerce, D2C brands, automotive, real estate, healthcare, and education, helping enterprises deliver engaging customer experiences through advanced spatial technologies.

Fueling Innovation Through AI and XR

Ctruh’s biggest strength lies in combining artificial intelligence with 3D and XR capabilities to simplify immersive content creation at scale. Its patented technology reportedly supports high-fidelity 4K, 8K, and even 16K experiences with faster load times directly through web browsers.

According to investors, this technical differentiation gives the startup a strong competitive edge in an increasingly crowded AI ecosystem. By reducing complexity and infrastructure costs, Ctruh is making next-generation digital experiences practical for businesses of all sizes.

The startup is also backed by IIM Bangalore NSRCEL and the LeapFWD Accelerator Program, further strengthening its innovation-driven growth journey.

Expansion Plans and Global Vision

With the newly raised capital, Ctruh plans to accelerate research and development, enhance product capabilities, and strengthen its global presence. As part of its international expansion strategy, the startup aims to establish dedicated sales teams in the United States and the United Arab Emirates by 2026.

As businesses increasingly move toward immersive digital ecosystems, Ctruh is positioning itself as a key player shaping the future of spatial computing and web-based XR experiences on a global scale.
