Thestartupcaffe – PR, Social Media & Podcast Platform for Startups
San Francisco-based AI marketing startup JustAI has raised over $17 million in a Series A funding round led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Y Combinator, Peak XV Partners, and several strategic investors from leading technology companies, including Anthropic, Chime, Notion, HubSpot, Eppo, and Vapi.
The fresh investment will help JustAI accelerate product innovation and strengthen its position in the rapidly growing AI-powered marketing technology sector.
JustAI plans to use the newly raised capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams while enhancing its advanced agentic AI infrastructure.
The company also aims to broaden its platform beyond consumer-focused businesses by serving e-commerce and B2B enterprises, enabling marketing teams across industries to automate complex workflows and improve campaign performance through artificial intelligence.
As businesses increasingly adopt AI-driven solutions, JustAI is positioning itself as a next-generation marketing infrastructure platform.
Founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara, JustAI helps enterprises automate marketing personalization, customer engagement, experimentation, and campaign optimization at scale.
Unlike traditional marketing software that relies on manual workflows, the platform combines multiple AI agents to simplify and automate strategic marketing decisions.
Its integrated ecosystem includes a Strategy Agent that analyzes customer behavior and audience segments, a Creative Agent that generates personalized messaging, a Decisioning Agent that optimizes campaigns based on business objectives, and a Data Agent that measures performance while continuously improving future recommendations.
Together, these AI agents enable marketing teams to execute highly personalized campaigns with greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
One of JustAI’s key differentiators is its ability to predict the next best action for every customer using adaptive artificial intelligence.
Instead of relying on static rules and repetitive manual campaign management, the platform continuously learns from user interactions to deliver personalized recommendations that improve engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth.
This AI-first approach allows marketers to spend less time managing software tools and more time focusing on strategic business decisions.
Founder and CEO Neha Mittal, who previously led growth and retention initiatives at Twitter and Pinterest, believes AI should empower marketers rather than replace them.
She explains that modern marketing teams no longer need additional dashboards or disconnected automation tools. Instead, they require intelligent AI systems capable of functioning like an entire marketing team, allowing organizations to scale faster while improving customer experiences.
With strong investor backing, experienced leadership, and growing demand for AI-powered marketing solutions, JustAI is well-positioned to become a major player in the future of enterprise marketing technology.
