KorinMi Secures Rs 10 Crore Funding from Lotus Herbals to Expand Korean Skincare Clinics Across India

KorinMi Raises Fresh Capital for Nationwide Expansion

Gurugram-based Korean skincare startup KorinMi has raised Rs 10 crore in a funding round led by the Lotus Herbals Innovation Fund. The investment marks a significant milestone for the beauty and wellness startup as it looks to strengthen its footprint in India’s rapidly growing skincare market.

The newly secured capital will be utilized to expand KorinMi’s clinic network and establish a presence in key metropolitan cities, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The expansion reflects the increasing demand for specialized skincare treatments and Korean beauty solutions among Indian consumers.

Bringing Korean Beauty Expertise to India

Founded in 2024 by Reshbha Munjal and Jenovia Daun Jung, KorinMi aims to bridge the gap between South Korea’s advanced skincare innovations and the unique skincare needs of Indian consumers. The company operates a hybrid business model that combines physical skincare clinics with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) product line.

The startup offers a range of facial and hair treatments inspired by Korean skincare techniques and technologies. By integrating advanced diagnostic tools, personalized consultations, and scientifically developed products, KorinMi seeks to deliver customized skincare solutions tailored to Indian skin types and climatic conditions.

Technology-Driven Personalized Skincare

One of KorinMi’s key differentiators is its personalized treatment approach. Every client undergoes a comprehensive 3D skin analysis followed by a consultation with qualified skincare professionals before beginning treatment.

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Jenovia Daun Jung personally oversees treatment protocols and consultation standards. As a South Korean beauty industry expert, Jung brings valuable experience and insights from one of the world’s most innovative skincare markets.

The company’s skincare products are manufactured in South Korea and specially formulated to suit Indian skin concerns. Additionally, the clinics use advanced Korean equipment and treatment technologies designed to enhance treatment effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Rapid Growth Since Launch

KorinMi launched its first clinic in Gurugram in October 2024 and has witnessed impressive early traction. According to the company, it has already served more than 3,000 clients, highlighting the growing popularity of Korean beauty and wellness treatments in India.

The latest investment follows an earlier funding round in May 2025, when the startup raised Rs 3 crore from former Kaya Skin Clinic UAE CEO Vikas Agarwal and other angel investors. The continued investor interest reflects confidence in KorinMi’s business model and long-term growth potential.

Growing Opportunities in India’s Beauty Industry

The funding also aligns with the broader vision of the Lotus Herbals Innovation Fund, which was launched in June 2024 with a corpus of $50 million to support early-stage beauty and wellness startups in India.

As consumer interest in premium skincare solutions continues to rise, KorinMi is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities while expanding access to Korean beauty expertise across the country.
